We take care of your wedding timeline, vendor communication, and the setup of personal items, ensuring every detail is managed so you can relax and enjoy your day. Our role is to step in and handle the logistics, so everything flows seamlessly behind the scenes.

We recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date. Many couples secure their Day-of Coordination 6–12 months in advance to guarantee availability, but we do accept bookings closer to the wedding if our calendar allows. Since we take on a limited number of weddings each year, the earlier you reserve your date, the better.

We work with a network of trusted vendors, but we are always open to collaborating with vendors you prefer. Our goal is to create a wedding experience that is personal and unique to you, whether you use our recommendations or bring in your own team.
