Our Basic Coordination Package is perfect for couples who want to take a hands-on approach to their wedding day — decorating, setting up, and tearing down their own space — but still need a professional to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. We’ll step in to manage your vendors, keep the timeline on track, and handle the moving parts so your day stays stress-free and organized. Think of it as the no-frills option that still gives you peace of mind where it matters most.

Additional Costs:
Mileage
If your venue is 40 miles outside of Mansfield, OH, we will charge $0.67 per mile after 40 miles, round trip. This will be applied to your invoice.
Hotel Accommodations
If your venue is 1.5 hours away from Mansfield, OH, we will charge a $200 hotel fee. This will be applied to your invoice.
Optional Add-Ons:
Emergency Kit
We'll give you access to important items (Tide stick, glue, etc.) that you may need to utilize throughout your wedding day!
